Shipping & Returns

Weft's shipping is via Australia Post. All our orders are shipped out weekly. Express orders are shipped the day after the order has been received.


Please note that Weft's bedding is made to order in our Melbourne workroom, and we take great care and in the quality of our bedding. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for bedding. To ensure you are happy with the quality, finish, and colour of your new bedding, we are happy to send out complimentary fabric samples before we begin your order.


Sorry that we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind. However, we want you to find the perfect fit for your body so we are happy to facilitate a store credit. All change of mind orders are eligible for a store credit within the 14 day period.


If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or style, we recommend emailing info@weft-textiles to initiate the process of your store credit. This will allow you the flexibility to select any items you desire online.

Please be aware that Weft does not cover shipping charges for returned change of mind items.


It is important to return all items in their original condition. This means that your item/s must have all tags attached and should show no signs of damage or wear, such as pulls, snags, stretching, stains, or odor.

Lastly, please note that all items purchased from our online archive sale are considered final sale, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.


Your Weft item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund.

Please include your original order number and specify which item(s) you are returning. Once we receive your email request, pack the item in its original box or suitable packaging to ensure its safe return.
