Shipping & Returns
Shipping is via Australia Post. All our orders are shipped out weekly. Express order are shipped the day after the order has been received.
Please note that Weft's bedding is made to order in our Melbourne workroom, and we take great care and in the quality of our bedding. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for bedding. To ensure you are happy with the quality, finish, and colour of your bedding, we are happy to send out fabric samples before we begin on your order.
For general returns, we want to make the process stress-free for you. If you receive something that doesn't fit or is not what you expected, you have two weeks to make up your mind. If you decide to return it, just email us to let us know and send it back to us within that 10-day timeframe. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after two weeks.
Your Weft item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund.
To begin the return process, send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org to lets us know about the return. Please include your original order number and specify which item(s) you are returning. Once we receive your email request, pack the item in its original box or suitable packaging to ensure its safe return.
